Today I had the pleasure of attending a fantastic FSB networking event by Federation of Small Businesses connecting with inspiring business leaders and entrepreneurs who are all navigating similar challenges and opportunities. What stood out most was the openness in the room - sharing ideas, experiences, and lessons learned, not just the successes.

Events like these reinforce the value of stepping away from the day-to-day to build relationships, exchange insight, and stay curious about where our industries are heading.
