Based at the Anchorage Centre, they will lead a highly committed team of staff and volunteers providing support to the older and disabled members of the local community.

Salary: £27,500 to be reviewed after 6 months

This is an ambassadorial role in the community. It is a job that will require dedication and commitment and is also a source of great satisfaction in bringing help to those in need.

Great to see the first batch of 170 visors heading out to doctors, nurses and carers. We're ramping up production quickly and expect to produce five to six thousand in the next two weeks.

Visors come in four sizes (S,M,L and XL).

Well done to everyone who made it possible. We have completed documentation for 'open sourcing' the design and assembly instructions, and will be releasing these tomorrow.

I will be taking part in Ride London (100 miles) on 4 August along with my wife Michelle.

As with many, our lives have been touched by family and friends who have been affected by cancer. We are therefore raising funds for Macmillan Cancer Support who are there to help everyone with cancer live life as fully as they can, providing physical, financial and emotional support.

1 in 2 people in the UK born after 1960 will be diagnosed with some form of cancer during their lifetime.
