OCR course: UXO Client Representative, candidate review.

This professionally recognised accredited OCR course is bang up to date and has decades of top-level offshore experience behind it. No matter where you think you are within your personal development phase, this course is a “MUST DO” and is highly recommended for any and all Offshore disciplines!! I have over 4 decades of military, maritime and offshore UXO experience and I took a lot from this remarkably well-structured course, I guarantee you will too. Lew your efforts and knowledge put into this course shines bright throughout and your numerous amazing little tips and anecdotal stories were surprisingly very helpful indeed. This I again reiterate is a “must do” course, which also offers super value for money compared to other courses on the market.

Subsea Cable course: Subsea Project Engineer, candidate review.

This course is a valuable supplement to my current role as a Subsea Project Engineer. It introduces and focuses on Subsea Cable Installation; a discipline closely linked to the expanding renewable energy sector—an area increasingly shaping the future of offshore projects. I enjoyed the Offshore UXO Mitigation-Clearance Course extensively and found it very valuable as it is practical orientated and it covers in-field processes and techniques with regards to UXO identification and clearance, with practical in-field examples and the various phases explained in detail. This made the course very interesting, and broadened my surveying, client rep and HSE expertise towards UXO survey rep roles.

A recent review of our Subsea Cable Installation Course carried out last week:

Candidate: ROV Supervisor/Pilot and OCR

The cable installation course was a well laid out, informative and a educational course. Lew has a huge amount of knowledge and experience which is shared in detail throughout the day.

The course covered both offshore and onshore cable laying procedures and operations. After this course I feel more confident in approaching offshore and onshore cable laying project jobs to further process my career as a client representative. I’d highly recommend this course.

This course is open to Client Representatives and Project personnel alike wanting to understand the full process.

I want to get into Offshore Client Rep roles with a strong electrical, quality assurance and ROV background Lews course was suggested to me and it didn’t disappoint. On the course there were various backgrounds and disciplines which made the course really enjoyable. Lews vast knowledge helped me fully understand what the OCR role is about and the requirements expected. The course was engaging and was delivered to a very high standard. I’d recommend this course to anyone who is looking to get into a OCR position.
