Hi everyone, my name is Jack Brett.
I have a wealth of experience mainly focused around customer service in a variety of fields, including hospitality, defence and local government as well as many more!
I have put this page together so I can help people with life struggles.
I will be willing to help (within reason) with any issues you may have where you're not sure where you stand or how to start moving forward.
For example if you have purchased a product which is out of guarantee, depending on various factors I may be able to help you receive some sort of compensation (whether that be a replacement, repair, or partial refund) (depends on age of product) another thing I have helped with previously is housing applications but please feel free to ask and I will do my best to point you in the right direction and or give you the tools/resources required to succeed.
As this is brand new and I am not set up yet, any services will be provided as a complimentary service however as I become more established I will start charging for my services. This is a test to see if there is any appetite for such service.
Please be aware I am not legally trained and although I do have experience through various roles I cannot and will not give legal advice, all I can do is refer you to your rights and try and help explain them, nothing I say constitutes to legal advice.

Anything discussed is fully confidential and I will comply with all regulations in terms of the Data Protection Act 1998 and updated version 2018.
