UYR is an industry-leading print and design company with its headquarters in Yorkshire. After continued growth with our portfolio of major clients in the hospitality industry, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join the team based in South Kirkby.

The successful individual will have a background in directly managing a design and print process for major organisations, where innovation, increased revenue and service enhancement have been a key focus. This role will suit candidates who are fully conversant in project managing large scale campaigns from conception through to completion and have a good knowledge of creative services.

Role and responsibilities:

Key member of a team managing a major national account
Project management of campaigns
Monitoring and management of smaller daily orders
Attendance at offsite client meetings
Experience and attributes required:

Track record of success in the print industry
Knowledge of design and the creative process an advantage
Full knowledge of print manufacturing methods, products and specifications
Based in the client’s head office, you would be capable of building strong relationships with the client team
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
Benefits from a knowledge of Tharstern MIS software

We have positions available within our Account Management team for individuals with strong attention to detail and an aptitude for customer service. Internal and external communication skills are key. Previous Customer Service or Account Management experience in a B2B environment is required.

With access to a complete in-house design and print facility, and an industry leading digital content marketing department, web development, social media management, and online systems, the company provides solutions for any corporate client.

Responsibilities:

· Managing and monitoring all customer enquiries to agreed SLAs

· Working collaboratively alongside other departments to ensure timely ex*****on of campaigns and projects

· Inputting quotations and sales orders onto the MIS system

· Raising orders using an MIS

· Dealing with customer issues in a timely and satisfactory manner

Skills & Experience:

· Experience in B2B Account Management

· Fantastic communication skills with an ability to build rapport with customers

· Excellent written and spoken English

· A polite, professional and friendly manner

· Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

· IT literate – Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Desirable:

· Design & Print industry knowledge

· Digital marketing knowledge
