First, we use our methodology to force you to change the way you have been thinking and open up new possibilities. Then, whilst you
r competition is pouring over historical data looking for future trends, we are carrying out video ethnography to show us how your target consumers are really engaging with your products and that of your competitors. We then take all of this insight to our team of PhD Biologists and get them to research nature, looking for ideas that fit with your new product requirements. Once we have collated the findings from nature, we then develop them into a range of concepts which are further refined. Only then, do we get our designers to work their magic and turn these ideas into visual concepts for you to explore. This unique approach provides a greater number of ideas than traditional methods. Not only that, but our ideas tend to be much broader, far more disruptive, but importantly, implementable as well. But, we will open up the possibilities for you to launch products/services that you had never dreamed of before. We have done this for a range of household brands and helped them develop ground-breaking solutions - solutions that can speed up the innovation process, reduce packaging costs, improve efficiencies, increase on-shelf impact and truly excite consumers. Recent examples include a major pet food brand where we reduced packaging by 60%, an air freshener that pumps out scent without the need for electricity or batteries and a major blue chip that used our skills to reduce supply chain costs by £1.2m and increase sales by £18m.
