Tackle Health is a Portsmouth Football Club’s new health initiative focusing on Smoking Cessation to 12-18 years olds, Alcohol Awareness for 16-25 year olds and Weight management for 8-16 year olds and the 55+. Funded by the Governments 'Volunteering Fund - Health and Social Care' stream until October 2014. Working in partnership with Community Fusion Tackle Health aims to engage volunteers of all
