📋 Admin skills: Perfectly capable, but much happier up a tree. 😂

Paul is our Lead Arborist and the man you’ll usually find halfway up a tree, making the difficult jobs look ridiculously easy.

Highly skilled, experienced and an essential part of the Travis Arb team, Paul keeps standards high, jobs running smoothly and we wouldn’t be without him.

Does he know his way around a chainsaw? Absolutely.
Does he enjoy a nice, straightforward job? We’ll let you know if we ever find him one. 😂🌳

👩‍💻 Role: Head of Everything Nobody Else Wants to Do
📧 Special skills: Contracts, spreadsheets, and stopping James from buying machinery just because.
☕ Fuelled by: Caffeine, sarcasm and mild frustration.
🪚 Tree surgery skills: Knows which end of a chainsaw to avoid. Probably.

Jess is the one keeping Travis Arb ticking behind the scenes. From customers and contracts to finances and general business chaos, she’s the one making sure the lads can concentrate on the trees.

Does she know her way around a spreadsheet? Absolutely.
Does she know her way around a chainsaw? Not a chance, and she’d like to keep it that way. 😂🌳

🪚 Special skills: Tree surgery, operating machinery and finding expensive equipment we apparently desperately need.
☕ Fuelled by: Coffee, diesel and a love of machinery.
📋 Admin skills: Best not discussed. 😂

James is the man behind Travis Arb. You’ll usually find him up a tree, behind a chainsaw or operating something that costs more than most people’s cars.

Does he know his way around a tree? Absolutely.
Does he know where his paperwork is? That’s what Jess is for. 😂🌳

🌳⚡ Storm Boelo certainly kept us busy today! 💨

A large oak decided to give up at the root plate, taking an ABC LV power line down with it!

🚨 Our team was on site within 20 minutes, removing the tree from the power line while the council tackled clearing the road.

Not quite the Monday morning we had planned, but trees aren’t known for checking the diary! 🤣🌳

We’ve swapped the chainsaws for carving tools and given our company name and logo the Halloween treatment! 🔥

Safe to say, we’re better at tree surgery than pumpkin surgery… but at least these two survived the operation! 😂🪚

Working on our utilities contract alongside Broadleaf Arborists and Arbserv, with some seriously impressive kit helping us get the job done.

The Merlo Roto fitted with a Woodcracker making light work of some heavy timber. 💪🪵

Good teams, good kit and another productive day keeping the network clear. ⚡️🌳

We’re looking for someone competent, reliable and confident carrying out a range of arboricultural work to a high standard.

* 🪚 Experienced and confident climber
* 🚜 Wood chipper qualification/competency
* 🩹 Forestry First Aid
* 🚘 Full UK driving licence
