MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK.
A reminder that wellbeing is not built through one massive breakthrough.
It’s built through the small things we consistently neglect.
Sleep.
Movement.
Connection.
Presence.
Growth.
The reality is that most people do not suddenly “burn out.”
They slowly disconnect from themselves while trying to keep everything moving.
This week, take 90 seconds and ask yourself:
• Have you been looking after your body?
• Have you been speaking to people properly?
• Have you taken time to slow down?
• Have you been learning, growing, challenging yourself?
• Have you done anything lately that genuinely fills your cup back up?
Personally, the dusty guitar is coming back out this week…
and reconnecting with family is overdue.
Small actions.
Repeated consistently.
Change lives.
So the question is:
What is ONE thing you can do this week to improve your wellbeing?
