It’s been a busy few weeks, with a good mix of domestic and commercial electrical work across Northern Ireland.

🏠 4-Bedroom House – Rewire
We’ve been carrying out a full rewire of a 4-bedroom property, including new wiring, distribution equipment and associated electrical installations.

🔥 Heating System Rewire & Controls
Rewiring and upgrading the electrical side of a new heating system, including boiler supplies, heating controls and associated wiring — making sure everything is correctly supplied, controlled and tested.

🏢 Commercial Premises – Landlord Metering & Water Heating
Installation of landlord/sub-metering arrangements, together with a dedicated supply for a water heating system and associated control equipment.

⚡ Fault Finding & Electrical Diagnostics
We’ve also been carrying out fault-finding work on existing installations, tracing issues, testing circuits and identifying the cause of electrical faults rather than simply treating the symptoms.

From rewires and consumer units to commercial installations, heating controls, metering and fault finding, we cover a wide range of electrical requirements for domestic and commercial customers.
