After taking pretty much a year out….

We are finally making a come back…

And we will be keeping it old school and keeping our famous 2 4 £25 deal…

We have been in talks with various sites but we finally agreed on a site in hook….

We will be collection, delivery and deliveroo so keep them eyes peeled…

The succesful candidate will have previous, relevant experience ideally in a 2 AA Rosette environment at a Chef De Partie level. They would be overseeing all day to day running of their section and must be capable of working with an established team of chefs whilst reporting directly to the Head Chef.

As Chef De Partie you will be expected to organise your own prep, run your section during service and work elsewhere in the kitchen as directed by the Head Chef.

Great knowledge of current food trends, passion to work with high quality, seasonal produce supported by good organisation, communication & cooking skills are essential.
