I’m on a mission to help 3 exhausted families solve their little one’s sleep challenges and achieve the much needed rest they deserve without harsh cry it out.

I’m Steph an infant sleep consultant, and I am SO passionate about infant sleep, and helping tired parents like you get the sleep you and your family deserve.

You don’t have to just sit and wait for the magical solution to arrive (it rarely does) and that by taking action, by taking educated and scientific steps, you really can have the sleeping baby you so desperately want.
