Front door upgrade completed at this property in Helston 👌

This lovely diamond design anthracite grey composite door, finished with black furniture, is a huge upgrade from the tired old timber door that was there before.

A simple change like this can completely transform the front of a property while also improving security and insulation.

Really pleased with how this one has turned out.

Last week we installed these three windows, along with a new door and screen, at a property in Illogan 👌

Because of the darker cladding on the upper part of the house, the customer decided to go with white windows upstairs to create a strong contrast. Downstairs, with the white painted render, they chose grey frames to give a contrasting look there as well.

We also fitted new slate cills upstairs, as the previous ones didn’t project past the cladding properly, meaning rainwater was running back behind the cladding rather than away from the property.

I’ll admit, it’s not something I’d been asked to do before and I was a little dubious at first — but seeing it all together, I think it’s turned out really well.

Keep an eye out for the rest of the house as the transformation continues 👀

Great transformation at another job in Perranporth Surf Life Saving Club 🌊

This old window, which you could hardly see through anymore, has now been replaced with a new French door — perfect for those sunny beach days and surf club BBQs ☀️

Once the new decking has been added to the front, this area is going to look fantastic.

The last couple of days we’ve been busy in Porthleven installing this new porch door, frames and window — giving the entrance a much fresher, cleaner look 👌

Alongside the porch, we also fitted a new sliding patio door and bathroom window to the property, as well as updating the cladding above both the porch and patio slider to finish everything off nicely.

Really pleased with how this one has come together.

Lovely transformation at this property in Beacon, near St Agnes 🌊

I’ll admit, I was a bit worried about the size of the units going in — especially getting that large triangular one upstairs — but it’s all in and looking spot on.

The big fixed pane alone came in at 2400 x 1800 in 6mm toughened laminate, so it was definitely a big, heavy unit to manoeuvre 💪

Big thanks to the team for putting in a serious effort to get this one over the line.

Windows, fascias, soffits & gutters all completed on this property near Helston 👌

A massive transformation on this one — the old exterior was tired and worn, but the new installation has completely refreshed the look of the house. Clean lines, bright finishes, and a much more modern feel all round.

Not only does it look the part, it’s now far more weatherproof and low maintenance too — built to handle everything the Cornish coast can throw at it 🌊💨

Today we got started on a new job in Beacon — and what a view to work with 🌊

We’ll be installing large frames with plenty of glass to make the most of that sea view. First up, we’re building dwarf walls to raise the windows off the floor, along with fitting a lintel to properly support the new structure on the first floor.

We also had Teddy the site dog on hand to oversee the work 🐾

Looking forward to seeing this one come together — it’s going to look unreal once finished.

A massive transformation at this property in Helston 👌

The old rotten timber windows were past their best — difficult to open and in some cases you could barely see out of them. These have now been replaced with fresh white uPVC windows, giving the house a much cleaner, brighter and more modern look.

The difference was noticed straight away, with comments on how much quieter and warmer the property feels already 🔥

We’ll be on site for another week or so carrying out the fascias, soffits and guttering to finish everything off around the property.

Today we fitted this rosewood uPVC door featuring elegant Satinova glass and a sleek rectangular panel — a great upgrade for both style and performance.

The previous door was extremely difficult to open and close and was letting in some serious drafts. Now, with a precise and expert installation, the new door operates smoothly and will help keep the warmth in and the cold out 🙌

Even better, this property is right next door to the full house window and door replacement we completed last month — always a great feeling to be trusted by neighbours after seeing our work firsthand!
