We are looking for a dedicated Area Contracts Manager to oversee multiple sites, manage cleaning teams, and ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Area Contracts Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
• Managing cleaning staff across multiple locations, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Recruiting and interviewing new cleaning staff to build a strong and reliable workforce.
• Conducting audits and quality checks on cleaning standards to maintain service excellence.
• Liaising with key stakeholders, including school site managers and commercial clients.
• Carrying out DBS checks for staff members, ensuring compliance and safety.
• Overseeing health & safety protocols, ensuring all operations align with industry standards.
• Driving operational efficiency, maintaining budgets, and optimizing resources.

What We’re Looking For
• Experience in the cleaning industry – Strong knowledge of cleaning operations, contract management, and staff supervision.
• Positive & Enthusiastic Attitude – A proactive, hands-on approach to leadership.
• Full UK Driving Licence – Travel between sites is a key part of the role.
• Strong Communication & People Skills – Ability to build relationships with staff and clients.
• Attention to Detail – Ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency at every site.

• Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 (depending on experience) per year
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Work Location: On the road
• Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year plus performance-based bonus
