We listened to your feedback… and we’ve taken it to heart ❤️

We received so much positive feedback after Summerfest last year — thank you! But we also heard from some families that the pricing for the inflatables area felt a bit high, especially for those with more than one child. We also gather that pricing changed throughout the weekend…

So this summer, we’re making a change.

We have a new supplier bringing Rodeo, Wipeout and Inflatables, which can all be used by children and adults alike and they’ll be offering a £15 weekend pass, which we believe represents much better value. Alongside the many free activities we’re planning, there will be plenty to keep children entertained all weekend. While these inflatables are great for kids, adults can also have a lot of fun on them too so this should appeal to people of all ages! There will be a competition for under 18s and over 18s to see who can stay on the rodeo the longest.

We also wanted to be open… last year, the inflatables supplier kindly donated a share of their profits to support our charities. This year, we’ve chosen to waive that contribution so prices could be reduced and the saving passed directly on to families.

The team is also exploring options like pay-per-ride and possibly a dedicated under-5s session each day, more details will follow in the programme.

Our goal is simple:

To make Summerfest fun, memorable and affordable for every family.

Back in 2023 we attended a retail premises in London with a damaged glass balustrade forming a staircase. Instead of opting for a replacement, our technician restored the structural integrity and original profile of the glass on-site.

The result? A balustrade looking like new again, that is safe for staff and customers, with its structural integrity and profile restored. All undertaken with the glass panel remaining in-situ, outside of the stores opening hours.

This is a great example of how our team can bring damaged architectural glass back to life, saving time, business disruption and unnecessary expense.
