Throwback to Our Humble Beginnings
Every great adventure has its starting point, and ours began with a tiny but mighty Cricut Joy. Back then, armed with rolls of vinyl, determination, and a sprinkle of patience, I was crafting acrylic keyrings, cold cups, shirts, and jumpers. Oh, the joy of seeing a design come to life! But let me tell you, it wasnāt all smooth sailing.
Some days, the vinyl would stubbornly refuse to cut just rightāthose intricate details becoming more a test of patience than a masterpiece. Other days, layers wouldnāt quite match up, leading to a lot of muttered words that, letās just say, werenāt fit for crafting manuals. Yet, when a project came together, the satisfaction was unmatched.
As time went on, though, the pull of something quicker and more versatile became too tempting to ignore. Thatās when we ventured into the world of printingāand what a game-changer it was! Now, we can whip up personalised products in record time, from mugs to coasters, without sacrificing an ounce of creativity.
But donāt think for a second that Iāve parted ways with my trusty Cricut Joy. Sheās still here, ready and waiting for any vinyl project that might come our way. If thereās enough interest, I might even dust her off and bring her back into regular action. So, if youāve got something specific in mind, let us know!
Itās been quite the journey from vinyl layers to vibrant prints, and we wouldnāt trade it for the world. Looking back, those tricky moments with the Cricut taught us resilience and creativityāqualities that continue to shape what we do today.
