MARTA l BIKINI FIRST TIMER

There’s something that leaves me quite speechless when it comes to Marta’s stage day, and even a struggle to put together words when trying to write a post about being able to have coached someone of this nature into a comp but I’ll give it a go.
_

Mother, Full time Nurse, Full time Student, and during all this a bikini athlete in a short offseason into a show. Marta is quite honestly proof you can always do something regardless of the situation, a testament to anything can be achieved. In addition to being a belief system for all mothers and women where in a world of quick fixes it can all be done naturally.
_

Marta a message to you, what an amazing woman and character you are, to have jumped into an unknown sport and just put all your trust into myself without question has made this journey all the more inspiring for myself. Not only are you an inspiration to many women and a lot of my own girls I currently coach but to myself also. This is a journey to stage that will by a long shot be one of my most impressive.
_

I think we all need to be a little bit more like Marta. What a wonderful individual.
_

NAVIGATING INJURY

So update on this one again, the last 3 months I’d say has been spent ultimately trying to find someone who knows what is going on with my leg and portions of have basically stopped working and gone cold, combined with what feels like a two foot to the hip like pain to the hip every time I walk. Fast forward until now I’d say we aren’t as s**t as we were. Pain has reduced left knee is limited in flexion under weight however after a femoral nerve pain release my right leg is somewhat cooperating under load. There’s nothing pretty about it and as shown by the last video a massive hit has been taken on size.

Navigating injury of any severity is ultimately going to be s**t and it is with this one. But regardless of injury matter of the fact being the work has to be done, I’d rather take 3-6 months more of rehab and physio than the whole bodybuilding side of things be signed off.
_

I think my advice would be this, don’t lift like a dick and recover well so you hopefully don’t run into an offseason of rehab. On the positive side time with clients has been bettered, business is running smooth and I’m off to Barca in 3 days.

Been a hot minute. Weeks have been full of PT remapping the socials once again and just some life admin.

Only real gym based update is physio is going well, the goal here for me is just to retain at a minimum what has been left after 12 weeks off the legs until the green light is given. Not ideal but situational and with a suggested 1-2 sessions left before we might see said green light.

THE 3 PEAKS CHALLENGE ⛰️

After a conversation mid-session with .xo about this challenge, we decided to stop talking about it, get a date in the diary, and make it happen. Now we want you involved too.

The challenge:
3 mountains.
24 hours.
3000m+ elevation.

Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike & Snowdon all within 24 hours as we travel peak to peak together as a team.
_

This is about pushing limits, stepping outside your comfort zone, and having something to look back on from 2026 and genuinely say:
“I did that.”
_

From August 13th–14th we’ll head to Scotland and take on the challenge together, finishing the weekend with a team meal and celebrations once completed.
_

This will be a paid sign-up event covering transport, organisation, logistics, and group support throughout the challenge.
_

Alongside the event, there will also be an optional 12-week preparation package available for those wanting full support leading into the challenge, including:

• Structured training plan
• Performance nutrition guidance
• Group accountability
• WhatsApp community support
• Full challenge preparation
