What a fabulous day we had at Cromwell Lodge Hotel yesterday launching our Banbury Area Meetings!

Our new Area Host Vicki Fennell, offered a very warm welcome to more than thirty women that came along to support us.

This latest launch takes Socially Shared into Oxfordshire, and we are looking forward to being able to support more women in business and employment than ever before.

We’ve got an exciting week ahead at Socially Shared, packed with inspiration, connection, and learning.

WEDNESDAY

Firstly, we're thrilled to launch our brand new Banbury Area Network, hosted by the wonderful Vicki Fennell, and featuring a special talk from our very own founder, Karen Heap. That’s not all, over in our Solihull Borough Network Meeting at the Drum and Monkey, on Friday, the brilliant Amy Hobson will be hosting our next meeting, where author and writing expert Shelley Wilson Writing Mentor ✍️ will share powerful storytelling tips, a secret ingredient that will undoubtedly assist you to elevate your marketing messages.

Well, you are in luck because on Friday at our Kenilworth District area meeting at The Abbey Field, our Founder and experienced business adviser Karen Heap will be sharing her 'No-Sell Sales Strategy'.

Karen, will be guiding us through her simple process of how by educating and informing your audience about the value you provide, along with building trust and showcasing your expertise, you can convert interest into action and ultimately a sale!

Do you use LinkedIn?

Are you happy with the results you are getting from your activity?

School may be out for the Summer, but we are very much business as usual here at Socially Shared!

We have two fabulous opportunities to network and learn with us next week. Next week on Friday we have our third Coworking Day at Meet By The Park (Concorde House) in Leamington Spa.

Join Host Shelley Wilson, and have the chance to have a change of scene, be super productive and enjoy the company of others too!

The day is structured to provide a mix of quiet focused work time, where you can get your head down and be super productive and social time for networking. The main part of the day will be focused work time, complimented by a mid morning and mid afternoon break for 20 minutes and a 1 hour lunch break.

9.00 - 9.30 am - arrivals
9.30 am - 10.50 am - focus time
10.50 am - 11.10 am - refreshment break
11.10 am - 12.30 pm - focus time
12.30 pm - 1.30 pm - networking lunch
1.30 pm - 2.50 pm - focus time
2.50 pm - 3.10 pm - refreshment break
3.10 pm - 4.30 pm - focus time
4.30 pm close

Can't make the whole day, that's no problem, you can simply join or leave the event at the time you need to.

The venue Concorde House, is a beautiful period property featuring large sash windows with lots of natural light, high ceilings and a variety of conference and meeting rooms. A period property with a contemporary feel, on the outskirts of town, with a car park and plenty of free on road parking immediately outside too.

The cost is only:
£27 Non-members
£17 Members (valid membership is required)

Your ticket includes:
1. Unlimited tea, coffee, cordial and water.

3. WiFi

To keep costs affordable, you need to bring your own lunch with you. There is a fridge to keep it cool if you need one.

It is wonderful that although it has been 33 days since our 7th Annual Conference, people are still getting in touch to say how much they enjoyed it.
