The UK employment law landscape is set for significant changes in 2025. Here’s what you need to know:

🔹 Crackdown on “Fire and Rehire” Practices
- From January 2025, genuine consultation is required before changing contractual terms. Non-compliance could lead to increased compensation claims!

🔹 National Minimum & Living Wage Increases
- Effective April 1, 2025, wages will rise significantly. Ensure your payroll systems are updated!

🔹 National Insurance Contributions Increase
- From April 2025, NICs will rise from 13.8% to 15%. Prepare for the financial impact!

🔹 Holiday Pay Changes
- Detailed holiday records must be kept for six years. Update your policies accordingly!
