Bearer of more bad news I'm afraid. I've been so busy with trying to get the shop space confirmed and organised, and then the landlady pulled out at the last minute and it was a scramble to find out why (another party offered more money) and whether I had the opportunity to negotiate (I didn't). I am more than frustrated with the whole situation. BUT I will continue to search out the perfect place for us all to enjoy. Please do keep in touch with any questions or if you have any ideas/connections to premises in Saffron Walden.

Would you consider a Studio Space in Newport? It is obviously out of SW but on trainline, and it would bring costs down.

Hi everyone šŸ‘‹ Thank you all for following, and I apologise for it being a while to give you any updates.

I have just found out that the landlord, now feels it would be too difficult to manage and so has pulled their premises as an option for me.

Iā€™m really gutted as this could have been the perfect place, but I will keep an eye out for other options.

I will update anything further as soon as I can.
