So, you don't feel you need to pay for two your people to attend a two day event, its perfectly fine to buy one full event ticket and send two people to it? Wrong, that is just a little bit naughty.
Customer: Oh well i wanted to send one person one day and one person another.
Me:Oh, so you wanted to amend your ticket and have two separate day tickets.
Customer: No, I want to pay the least but get the most!
Me: Hmmm now would you not pay to amend the details if it was an flight ticket with an airline? Oh you would, hmmm how is this different?
Customer: This recipient is not in the office and will respond on return
Me: Oh so you're going to ignore me so i go away. Wrong!!

"I'm sorry I don't feel like paying the debt I ran up, I shall return things I bought from you previously in a used state instead". This is no different to eating a meal and instead of paying for it, you return it in less than original state by throwing up in hands of chef!! Sigh, peoples stupidity makes me need naps...
