This morning we had the pleasure of delivering our Managing Stress session to the team at Johnnie Johnson Housing

The session coincided with the first day of Mental Health Awareness Week & we hope those who attended found it enjoyable & engaging.

Delighted to deliver two seperate Managing Stress sessions this morning to the team at The Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust
in Oswestry on the Shropshire/Welsh border.

These were our first sessions for the NHS & all attendees appeared to find the sessions beneficial. We hope to deliver to more NHS staff in the future.
