Hello, I’m Ellen 👋🏼 I’m a CIPD-qualified HR professional who has been working in the sector for the past 7 years. I am passionate about HR, but what really drives me is helping people to feel happy and supported at work. I’ve always believed that when people enjoy what they do and feel valued, businesses thrive too.
I’ve had the chance to be involved in a variety of areas of HR—hiring great people, welcoming new starters, coaching people managers, and finding ways to make workplaces more positive and inclusive. For me, it’s not just about ticking boxes or writing policies; it’s about making real connections and making work feel a little easier (and a lot more enjoyable) for everyone.
