I don't know if I've ever mentioned it but I love my job!! Today my little dream celebrates 8 years in business!! The past year has seen some major changes, VAT registration, growth and a staff team of ten!! Yes you heard me right there are now 10 of us loving our jobs!! A massive thanks to everyone who helped me make this a success especially my loving and supportive husband Mark Steed who puts up with everything running a small business throws at you and believe me its not all highs!! We made many new friends on our journey and we've lost some very special ones too 🥺 We look forward to meeting people and making new friends over the next 12 months 💜

When you first make contact with Inspirations Personalised Support Services we will arrange for someone to come and visit you at home to find out more about you and the service that you require, at this visit we will explain about how the service works and the cost involved for you. You can then decide if you want to accept support from us. We will give you written details of the costs, invoicing information and contact details for us to remind you what we have discussed. A PA will be allocated to you and where possible you will have the same PA for all your support so that you get consistency and the person centred support that you deserve. Around 4-6 weeks later we will arrange to visit you again to ensure that you are happy with the support that you are receiving and if your happy we will ask you to sign a contract. Our aim is to ensure that your happy and getting the most out of your support at all times 💜
