💻Cyber Crime Event 💻

The Motorist - Tuesday 22nd October 2024
We are pleased to announce that We Are Sherburn have arranged for Cyber Crime Protect Officers from North Yorkshire Police to host an informative session for local businesses.
They are keen to raise awareness on how to stay secure online and they have kindly agreed to do a session, so you can learn more about cyber crime and find out about their free sessions that they can do within your organisation.

The session will include:
🔒How your business could become a target of cyber crime
🔒The cost of falling victim to cyber crime
🔒Types of cyber crime
🔒Social engineering
🔒Working from home security
🔒Social media awareness
Arrival - 8.30am with refreshments
Presentation - 9.00am to 10.00am
Q & A - 10.00 to 10.30am
Close - 10.30am

Members attend for free. Non members are requested to pay £10 per person to cover costs of the event. Please feel to share this with the relevant person in your organisation and come and learn more.

We’re now ready to hire some F&B staff to work at Malt! These roles are varied and will include bar work, front of house, kitchen and barista.
☕️Full training will be given
☕️Flexible hours to be agreed
☕️All ages (over 16) & experience considered

Pay -
💰16-18 year olds - £8.50 per hour
💰18 - 20 year olds - £9.50- £11.50 depending on experience
💰Over 21s - £11.50 per hour

We are representing a highly proficient telecoms professional who is in the process of moving back to the UK after spending the last 20 years project managing and then directing national network builds. In his most recent role as National Director of Telecoms he was responsible for multiple projects for national wireless providers including vendor swaps, 4G and 5G upgrades, structural upgrades and wireless maintenance and emergency call outs. His achievements included breaking annual revenue and margin records in his first year as National Director through building, in his words, high performance, motivated teams focussed on safety, integrity, passion, results and teamwork.

We are so sad to hear of the death of Rob Burrow. Like Doddie, Rob has been a true inspiration for people living with MND. Our thoughts are with Lindsey, their children and all Rob's family and friends.
