I've been Estate Agent for many years. I worked in few agencies in London but the best one, both from outside and inside, is Foxtons. They're very structured and hire top people but what stands out the most is their system...
It's like a video game interface, where team members can track their progression towards next rank in the hierarchy, see how many deals they need for a car upgrade but most importantly it contains fantastically organized client database.
