* Bathroom light or 4x IP65 LED downlights (subject to site survey )
* Up to 15m² of wall tiling, in a choice of colours. (covers half height, fully tiled in shower/bath area *in an average bathroom).
* Up to 4m² premium LVT flooring, in a choice of colours.
* Chrome towel radiator
* a choice of wall panels instead of tiling for the walls.(full wall covering upto 10 boards 2.4mtr high x 1mtr wide)
* Upgrade to a black finish instead of Chrome for approximately £300 more!
* skip provided for extra £200
* Extractor fan supplied and fitted £250
* ceiling Cladding from £150
* Based on a room size of no more than 2mx2m

All materials supplied and fitted. Must be booked and deposit paid for in the month and August on this offer.
