I hear this a lot from brilliant coaches, consultants and experts, and I get it. When you're wearing all the hats, formal processes can feel like corporate overkill.

But here's what I've discovered after working with hundreds of business owners: the smaller your team, the MORE you need simple, effective systems.

Not because you want to be corporate, but because you want your energy for the work that
lights you up - not admin that drains you.

Can we talk about that moment when you spend 20 minutes looking for a file you KNOW you saved somewhere? ‍ And then you find it... in the most random folder with a name that made perfect sense at the time?

This time we'll be exploring the recently restored Shire Brook nature reserve in Sheffield. It's a hidden gem that's been transformed from a waste heap into a haven for nature.

This is a lovely way to get to know other members as well as create some space for thinking about your business rather than just working in it.

This month we are really excited to welcome Somatic Coach Brownyn Benstead who will be leading our .

Brownyn is the co-founder of Folc Studio, a non-profit yoga & pilates space in Chesterfield which exists to mindfully bring community together.

Bronwyn will be sharing on the importance of creating and nurturing community in all of our businesses for the good of ourselves and those around us.

This will be an interactive session where we will have the opportunity to step back from the daily operations of our businesses and get to think about our dreams and legacy, so bring a notebook and a curious mind!
