The countdown is on to Charity Chatter on Money Matters this Wednesday 1st June at 4pm. Our guest speaker is Wendy Ward of Let's Save Cost Consultancy Services who'll be sharing hints and tips for Corporate Fundraising.

Wendy Ward owns and runs Let’s Save Consultancy Services in South Yorkshire and supports all not-for-profit clients with bid writing, business planning, funding strategy and fundraising consultancy. White Rabbits on 1st June will bring you lots of hints and tips about getting the best results from Corporate Fundraising and asking for Corporate Sponsorship for your Charity or Not for Profit. From first contact, business networking, presentations and slide decks, Wendy will take the scary-ness out of schmoozing with “real” business owners!

Did Covid-19 catch you out with only a small amount left in the bank account?

As, many charities, social enterprises and not for profit organisations found themselves in a pickle and without the skills, time or understanding to acquire funding themselves when Covid-19 hit. A lot had to shut their doors to their service users in late March 2020, meaning that income stopped overnight!

Some charities are no longer here as they just didn't have the cash in the bank to keep paying the rent, overheads, staff wages and other expenses without any money coming into the bank account.
