We also offer our services in Redcar & Middlesbrough. iendly approach to home care. Care 24-7 is regulated by CQC and have been accredited by both Bradford and Leeds Councils. All staff undertake training to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge to support people safely and are all DBS checked. We are called Care 24-7 because that is what we do. We provide care around the clock based upon your individual needs. If you are interested in working as a Home Care Assistant we have full and part time roles with hours to suit around your lifestyle.

💜 **Carers Week 2026 – Together We Make a Difference** 💜

As Carers Week comes to a close, we want to take a moment to celebrate every single person who makes Care 24-7 what it is today.

Care isn't delivered by one person. It takes carers, coordinators, care managers, office staff, support workers and leaders all working together with one shared purpose – providing outstanding care to the people who rely on us.

This week we have shared the stories of some incredible individuals, but they represent something much bigger: a team that supports one another, lifts each other up, and goes above and beyond every day.

As Registered Manager, one of my greatest privileges is leading a team that genuinely cares. A team that steps forward when help is needed, celebrates each other's successes, and always keeps our clients at the centre of everything we do.

To every member of the Care 24-7 family – thank you for your compassion, your dedication, your resilience and your kindness.

Julie loves making a difference, whether that's supporting someone through their day, listening to their stories, sharing a laugh, or simply being there when they need someone most. Building meaningful relationships with the people she supports is what makes every day worthwhile.

Like all care professionals, Julie experiences both the challenges and rewards that come with the role, but it's seeing clients happy, independent and thriving that reminds her why she loves what she does.

Sometimes, the most important part of care isn't a task, a medication prompt or an appointment.

Sometimes it's a conversation.

It's taking the time to listen to someone's favourite memories, hearing stories from years gone by, sharing a laugh, or simply being present when someone needs company.

That's exactly what Georgia loves most about her role.

Today, we'd like to shine a spotlight on our dedicated Care Manager, Mel, at our Extra Care Living facility - Hallcroft. Mel consistently goes above and beyond for both her clients and her team, always bringing compassion, support and a personal touch to everything she does.

This week, Mel organised a wonderful celebration for one of our valued carers, Marie, who reached the fantastic milestone of turning 60! 🎉🎂

Happy 60th Birthday, Marie! We hope you've had a truly special day and wish you health, happiness and many more wonderful years ahead.
