Hi everyone
Just a quick thank you to you all for all the shares, reviews and recommendations you give us. We really do appreciate every single one of you. It's such a great thing for us to know that you're happy enough with our service to take the time out to recommend us on the Facebook groups as well as other social media etc etc
We do NOT EVER take payment up front - even if we order a part - we do NOT charge you anything until your job is completed.
It's so important not to just part with your money until the appliance is working or if an appliance has been quoted for you. We do not even take payment for a new appliance until it is fitted in your kitchen ..... please please whether you use us or someone else, don't part with your hard earned money until you are absolutely happy!
Also keep an eye out on family, friends and neighbours if they need a repair.
We can also recommend people in other trades if you need someone so please don't hesitate if you're one of our clients and you need help with something.

Morning everyone
Just had an lovely conversation with a client and wondered what your thoughts are ....
What do you look for when you need to call an appliance engineer? Is it reliability, price, recommendations, schedules?? They asked if we advertise, well only on Trustatrader who we have been with for many years. Never really had to advertise as such so a lot of our work really is recommendations as well as Agents.
What are your thoughts when you have to call or email an engineer to come to your home ? 🤔🤔🤔

Who stole the sunshine??? Don't normally have this many calls for tumble dryer repairs in June!
Also public apology to my last client who called and luckily he has used us before as my reply at the end of the conversation was "take care darling" 🙈🙈🙈🙈 embarrassed was an understatement

Just to remind you all that Mandells never ever take any payments till the job is completed, not for parts needed or anything. Just full payment once everything is done.
