Eldwick Project ✔️

This project involved the full removal of the existing pebble dash system.

All windows and surrounding areas were fully protected throughout the removal process, with the site cleaned down at the end of every day to maintain a safe, tidy and professional working environment.

The property was then finished in Pearl TC15, giving it a clean, modern and refreshed appearance. 😎✅

A full silicone K-Rend system completed over the existing render to give this property a fresh, modern finish.

Works included:
• R10 and then basecoat applied with reinforced mesh and mechanical fixings every sqm
• New silicone system finished in Limestone White
• All timber cladding replaced on the front elevation
• New downpipes, waste pipes, and toilet waste installed
• Full attention to detail to ensure a clean, sharp and refreshed look throughout

Otley Project ✅

This property originally had a single block wall construction with no insulation at all. We installed a 90mm EPS insulation system, finished with a K Rend TC15 silicone render in Limestone White, giving the home a fresh modern look while significantly improving thermal performance.

Due to the new 90mm EPS system, we also fitted new window sills to achieve the correct render overlap and installed brand new pipework around the entire property to complete the finish.

Another successful project completed in York ✔️

This job involved insulation works and rendering to a newly built extension. We installed insulation to the existing part of the property to improve the U-value and overall energy efficiency, before finishing with a silicone TC15 render in Pearl.

For the new blockwork extension, we applied the same high-quality silicone TC15 finish to ensure a seamless, modern look throughout the property.

We’re extremely pleased with the final result, and even better, so is our client 👍🏻 Great feedback all round!

Due to continued expansion and a strong pipeline of work, we’re seeking hardworking individuals to work on residential and commercial external rendering projects across Yorkshire.
