This International Womens Day, 121 Resource Management want to celebrate all of our fabulous female employees and highlight an amazing member of the team who has been essential in shaping careers and inspiring success.
Managing Director, Louise, has been not only a great leader but also a phenomenal mentor for her employees. Under her leadership and wisdom, she has fuelled professional growth and encouraged the team to reach for goals once deemed unattainable.
She has instilled the importance of “If you want to lift yourself up, lift up someone else”, and cultivated a workplace that prioritises collaboration and inclusivity.
