What a night! Tonight, I hosted my first ever online Book Club for a client!
For those who don't know, Clever Planning planning has a sister arm to the business called Lively Up Yourself 💜 (follow Lively Up Yourself😁).

Back in September 2020 when the pandemic was entering it's peak, with my Clever Planning hat on, I was tasked to organise some fun and uplifting workshops for staff who now found themselves working from home. Many were feeling isolated and missing that personal interaction, so my brief was to source facilitators to deliver impactful workshops to increase morale and inject a little fun into the working day. I created a two-week Christmas programme, hosting 25 x 30min online workshops with 2 weeks planning time (I like to be pushed to my limits sometimes 😅).

Fast forward nearly four years, I have organised and delivered over 700 online workshops to thousands of staff. I'm about to plan my forth Christmas programme for the NHS! Never did I think it would reach these heights!

Lively Up Yourself now has a website where you can view the workshops and extended programmes, lots of information on the benefits of online workplace wellbeing, testimonials from the very people who take part in the sessions, contact links, information on what the service offering is, and how we can integrate with your current workplace wellbeing initiatives.

📚 Thrilled to kick off the week on an incredible note! 🌟 Working with my client NHS England, I organise a monthly virtual book club exclusively for NHS staff.

📖 This September, we're reading 'The Whalebone Theatre' by the bestselling author, Joanna Quinn.

After reaching out to Joanna herself, her kindness has blown me away! Not only has she kindly recorded a heartfelt message, extending her warm wishes to our staff as they embark on this reading journey, but the excitement doesn't stop there! 🗣️📣 Joanna will be joining us in our book club meeting to discuss the intricate layers of 'The Whalebone Theatre.'

It's the last day of the Christmas programme and final day of hosting sessions for 2022! We've truly had a magical time over the past two weeks.

Our community has grown enormously! Staff who've never joined a session before have enjoyed learning new skills, testing their knowledge with quizzes, relaxed with meditation and have been entertained by our performers. Let's hope we continue to grow and connect in 2023 and LUY reaches more staff than ever before!

This week Clever Planning hosted such an enjoyable session of Laughter Yoga for a team of administrators at Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust. 28 staff members came together to find their happy hormones - and 30 belly laughing minutes later - they did just that!
