After all these years, I've still not learned to celebrate the end of a contract (I'm not great at goodbyes!) I've so enjoyed supporting NHS Hampshire, Southampton and Isle of Wight CCG for four months as Head of Comms for the south east patch. Always a pleasure to work with dedicated, talented professionals. Big thanks to Clare Semke and Emma McKinney for the invitation. Keep up the brilliant work. And thank you for the beautiful flowers.

Hi All. I am taking part in The Big Sleep Out on 8th May in support of Trinity Wi******er, an amazing charity which supports homeless and vulnerably housed people, and also women who are (or have been) the victim of domestic abuse. I can only imagine how difficult life must be for these people, so i'm swapping my soft comfy bed for cardboard to do my bit, and to get a glimpse of how tough it must be. My tasty client, Thyme & Tides, the deli and bistro in Stockbridge, is holding a 'Food Feastival' tomorrow (Saturday 18th April) at Stockbridge Town Hall, and it promises to be a fabulously foodie, lip smacking day out!!

There will be tempting food and drink to try and buy from many suppliers, and a demonstration theatre with guest appearances from chef and presenter Valentine Warner and BBC Radio 2's Nigel Barden plus Hoxton Bake House, Brindisa, Langley's Gin and The Cheese Cellar.
