Today is World Mental Health Day 2022. As a signed Time to Change Pledge employer we believe that the theme of today's WMHD 2022 is an important one. Mental Health Foundation's theme is making mental wellbeing a global priority for all.

We would like to officially welcome Harley to our team as a junior ecologist! As you may know Harley has been with enims for about 6 months as a student intern from Southampton Uni. But now we are so excited to have her as part of the enims family full time!

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week. Here at enims we are passionate about mental health being considered as important as physical health is. Together we believe that we can stop the stigma around mental health and build a supportive and inclusive world which cares for everyone with kindness and prevents people from feeling alone.

This week our Senior Consultant Vicky went out onto site with some very special colleagues! This clever spaniel is one of the detection dogs used for GCN's.

We were able to support out client on their site by using the GCN detection dog alongside our licensed ecologist.

Vicky loves her job, but I think from her smile in this photo it is safe to say that this was a really fun day at "the office".
