We are currently recruiting for a Senior Digital Engagement Manager to work 3 days per week on-site in either Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle, or Sheffield. This is a 6-month contract.

The successful candidate will be an expert change communications and engagement practitioner who will design, coordinate and oversee the delivery and approach. You will need to lead discussions to align engagement plans to business goals and direct the activity to high quality delivery across multiple (often competing) priorities.

This temporary role will concentrate on communications and engagement around the Data Strategy Implementation. Including embedding a new ‘hub and spoke’ model (and related ways of working), helping the client integrate D&A resource into business units. This will also require broader responsibilities in terms of building awareness and desire for the change, showing where change is working well and overcoming any cultural or process barriers.

We are currently recruiting for an AI specialist to work a fully remote short contract lasting until the end of March, however this is likely to be extended.

Helping to design, develop and deliver a Generative AI based tool for an audience of more than 7000 communicators, the role holder will work alongside Developers, Data Scientists, and a Product Manager to maintain and iterate the current tool from Beta through to Live.

The role will mostly focus on helping to guide the design and iteration of the AI specific areas of development including use of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), system prompts and prompt engineering guidance. This work will be supported by the current team of Developers and Data Scientists. The tool is built in Python, utilising frameworks such as FastAPI and building in an AWS environment. Work will be driven by the current backlog of desired features, in addition to the outcomes of ongoing user research.

You may be a Data Scientist, a Solution Architect or a Developer. The key capabilities we are looking for are experience, skills and enthusiasm for Generative AI based solutions.
