We run a small, elite team of highly skilled sales people.
We are not generally looking for a high turnover of young people who are here today and gone tomorrow. Most of our sales people have been with us for over 2 years. We pay top commission, and genuinely look after our staff.
Charlene, pictured here with her work partner Baz, was recommended to me through a friend, and I’ll be honest, she doesn’t really fit the profile that I’m normally looking to recruit.
Having said that, I was impressed with her interview skills and attitude to the job.
I took a chance and offered her the opportunity to join the team, and all I can say is what a great decision!
Charlene only went out in the field last Monday, and against all the odds she managed to hold her own amongst a team of very experienced sales people, and earn we’ll over £1000 commission in her first week !
I got her to come in to the office this morning and presented her with a bottle of Moët champagne as a well done gift !

Thank you to all the people who responded, over the last week or so to my advert for salespeople.
We now have a full team, but as promised I have kept everyone’s contact details and will contact people back, as and when we move into the next contract. 👍

The salespeople we work with are highly valued members of our team, and stay with us long term.
We currently have 3 years local work lined up.
We do not sell gas & electricity.
All our products are free to qualifying customers and are government funded.
We pay weekly commission. (no waiting for installation)
