What makes a great tutor?
It’s not just knowing your subject. It’s knowing how to create a session where people feel comfortable participating, asking questions, thinking differently and engaging with the material.
That’s exactly what we’re helping to develop through our ongoing Tutor Programme, which we recently delivered with one of our clients.
In our latest session, tutors explored practical techniques for setting up a learning session effectively and, importantly, had the opportunity to practise those techniques rather than simply hear about them.
Because when it comes to communication and facilitation, knowing what to do is only the beginning. Practice is what helps turn techniques into behaviours.
We’re proud to continue this work and help tutors build the confidence and skills to create better learning experiences.
