Bucking retail trends, Rapha, recently invested in the expansion of its flagship store, located a stone’s throw from Piccadilly Circus, to deliver the best of the brand to the capital’s cycling community. Now almost twice the size of the original store and offering a premium experience for men and women.

For the audio and music systems Perfect Octave delivered the audio soundtrack to enhance live events, experiences and background music occurring in-house at Rapha. The audio system hardware deployed includes a four-zone audio mixer, amplifier, control interfaces and numerous speaker types, styles and placements from Cloud.

Deploying a multi-zone sound system from leading British manufacturer Cloud Electronics Limited at London's premier cycling clothing retailer Rapha London enabled us to deliver a unified AV solution for Rapha's in-store video wall, multiple video screens and accompanying sound track.

The hosting of live events, guest presentations, exhibitions and race days has been made easier for staff with localised 'plug-in' points and controls.

Now almost twice the size of the original store and offering a premium experience for men and women, Rapha’s first UK Clubhouse, originally opened in 2012, features a larger product range, personal shopping and upgraded fitting rooms. A larger café area welcomes its riding community for a calendar of events and rides, with rides out every day of the week.
