Its International Stress Awareness Week this week and wherever you are in the world, whether at home or at work, doubtless there are one or more things that may cause this awareness week to resonate with you.
You may be an employer or an employee. What are you doing to help your teams, or each other? How are you best spotting the signs of stress? If you're living with restrictions - what helped you earlier in the year that might help you or others now? What can you share? What goals have you set yourself to focus your positive energies on?
