For many people with ADHD, everyday tasks can feel like a mix of urgency, distraction, forgotten steps, sudden focus, and mental overload.
Someone might look calm on the outside, while internally trying to remember the next task, block out background noise, manage time blindness, and stay focused long enough to finish one simple thing.
This is why accessible workplaces, classrooms, and content matter.
