*** Update at 7.05pm - we’re pleased to say this has been resolved safely and the road has now reopened. Thank you to everyone for your patience. ***

We are currently dealing with an incident on a bridge over the A419 in Blunsdon.

We have closed a section of the road in both directions and we would ask motorists to please find alternative routes.

Thank you for your patience.

Last week we saw numerous hair salons across the country ditch the glossy gossip mags full of negativity and shaming.

If you’re considering similar for your business can I suggest swapping them for Happiful Magazine instead.

You’ll find plenty of positive stories, also helpful hints and tips to help improve your mental health and wellbeing.

I was fortunate enough to be in the January 2019 edition with Dame Kelly Holmes

You can play your part in saying ‘No’ to negativity by grabbing your copy below.

According to recent research 95% of employees would prefer to call in sick with a made-up reason, rather than reveal the truth about their poor mental health.

It is more important than ever to understand what mental health is and how we can all play a part in being able to identify the signs and symptoms of poor mental health, and to provide the correct support and guidance to services to those who are.

We offer bespoke individual personalised wellbeing in the workplace toolkits, mental health general awareness, su***de first aid education, qualifications, workshops and talks.
