Fides Oak is recruiting for a Learning & Development Specialist (L&D Specialist) as part of the Operations Team. The role of the L&D Specialist is to primarily design, develop and deliver workshops either in person or by virtual means. The L&D Specialist will work closely with the Solutions Director, Business Development, Project Coordinator/s and Administrator to ensure solutions designed and developed meet the internal needs of Fides Oak, the needs of the client and are executed to the Fides Oak standard and according to plan.

Fides Oak are recruiting for professional associate coaches to work with us to support our clients in achieving a High Performing Culture within their organisations. The role is to coach and mentor individuals and work with teams on defined areas of focus that are recognised to contribute to high performance. FidesOak has a number of assessment, measurement and profiling tools to provide context, helping identify areas of focus and individual goals, as well as the defined ‘elements’ that have been recognised as contributing to a high performing culture.

You will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals and teams through professional coaching and mentoring and providing feedback and challenge. You will be required to use the tools provided by FidesOak and will be given training to use and apply these where appropriate.

Fides Oak Announces a 2-year contract with Anglo American to provide support at the Woodsmith Project.

The Woodsmith Project is a deep mine and associated transport, processing, and shipping infrastructure development under construction in North Yorkshire, UK.

Polyhalite ore will be extracted via two mine shafts and transported outside of the National Park to Teesside on a conveyer belt system in an underground tunnel, avoiding any impact on the countryside above. It will then be granulated at a material handling facility, with the majority being exported to overseas markets.

Fides Oak will provide support to the Woodsmith Mine site, utilising their High Performing Team methodology and approach to help the team to deliver the goals of the Woodsmith Project.
