Cancellations

Pre-Ordered Gas: You can cancel an order for a full refund if you do so at least 12 hours before your agreed delivery or collection time.
How to Cancel: You must call us directly on 07421704805 during our standard opening hours to cancel.
Late Cancellations/Missed Deliveries: Orders cancelled after the 12-hour window, or missed deliveries, may incur a wasted journey or re-delivery fee.
No Cancellation After Delivery: Once a cylinder is delivered or collected, the purchase is final (any issues after this fall under our refund policy).
Safety First!

It's your responsibility to ensure safe handling and storage of LPG cylinders. Always follow Calor Gas safety guidelines.
For gas emergencies or suspected leaks: Prioritize safety. Turn off gas if safe, ventilate the area, evacuate, and do NOT use electrical switches. Call emergency services (999) if needed, and also contact Calor Gas's emergency line. Never return a leaking or suspected faulty cylinder to our premises.

Here’s a quick overview of our policies for Calor Gas cylinders, ensuring transparency and safety for all our customers.

Purchases & Refunds

Cylinder Refill Agreement (CRA): When you get a new cylinder without an exchange, you're entering a non-refundable Cylinder Refill Agreement with Calor Gas Ltd. This means you're buying the right to use the cylinder, not the cylinder itself.
Refunds on Gas Fills: We offer refunds if the gas fill is genuinely faulty, or if we supplied the wrong cylinder type/size.
Damaged Cylinders: Please report any damage immediately upon receipt to our staff or delivery driver. Photographic evidence is required if possible.
No Change-of-Mind Refunds: Once a cylinder leaves our premises or is delivered, we can't offer refunds for change of mind. This is due to strict safety regulations and the hazardous nature of LPG.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds can take up to 3 days to appear in your bank, depending on your bank's policies.

1. Our Commitment to Safety & Service

As an authorised Calor Gas retailer and supplier, Shropshire LPG operates in strict adherence to industry safety standards and all relevant UK consumer and gas safety regulations. Our primary goal is to ensure your safety and satisfaction with every transaction.

2. Calor Gas Cylinder Purchases & Exchanges

New Cylinder Purchase (Cylinder Refill Agreement - CRA): * When you acquire a Calor Gas cylinder for the first time, or if you do not have an empty Calor Gas cylinder of the same type and size to exchange, you enter into a Cylinder Refill Agreement (CRA) with Calor Gas Ltd. This agreement grants you the right to use the cylinder and receive future refills. * The cost associated with the CRA is a separate, one-off charge from the cost of the gas fill. This CRA fee is refundable depending on the age of the agreement.
Cylinder Exchange:
When you exchange an empty Calor Gas cylinder of the same type and size for a full one, you are solely purchasing the gas refill. No new CRA fee is incurred.
3. Refund Policy (Applicable in Specific Circumstances)

Due to the hazardous nature of LPG gas and strict safety regulations, refunds are subject to specific conditions:
