💡 I’ve been working on something for the last couple of months… and no other HR consultancy in the UK is doing it like we are!

And today I’m finally sharing a small glimpse of it.

It started with a simple thought:

Why are businesses still doing things the same way they have for years when the world of work has moved on?

That question turned into an idea…
and that idea has now grown into something I’m incredibly proud of.

“If someone is off sick, can they be posting on Instagram or out socially?”
