Cool Hog is on a mission to become the UK’s biggest pork scratching brand, and we’re looking for an energetic, confident Shop Manager to run our retail store and become the face of our TikTok Live shopping experience.

This isn’t your average retail job. One minute you’ll be serving customers, the next you’ll be live in front of thousands of people selling products, chatting with viewers and helping grow one of the UK’s fastest-growing food brands.

If you’ve got personality, confidence and love being on camera, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

* Managing the day-to-day running of the Cool Hog shop.
* Delivering outstanding customer service.
* Hosting engaging TikTok Live sessions to drive sales and entertain viewers.
* Creating a fun atmosphere both in-store and online.
* Merchandising and keeping the shop looking its best.
* Managing stock levels and replenishment.
* Opening and closing the shop.
* Training and motivating shop staff where required.
* Working with our marketing team on promotions, product launches and events.

We’re looking for someone who:

* Is naturally confident and outgoing.
* Loves talking to people and isn’t afraid of a camera.
* Has experience in retail, hospitality or customer service.
* Can confidently host live shopping streams or is excited to learn.
* Has great organisational skills.
* Takes pride in delivering an excellent customer experience.
* Is reliable, hardworking and proactive.
* Enjoys working in a fast-paced, growing business.
