🍪 AI… but make it shortbread !

For my daughter’s birthday, the request was simple:

“A shortbread tower like the Marks and Spencer chocolate button ones please, Mum!”

So I photographed the ingredients on the packet, uploaded them to AI and asked it to create me a recipe.

And this was the result! 👆🎂

It didn’t turn out half bad and it’s had rave reviews!

AI isn’t just useful for baking though. I’m using it with clients to save time, spark ideas and make fundraising a little less stressful.

🦙 Winnie’s Window of Wisdom – Every Wednesday

🫶 Meet Winnie the Alpaca — a slightly anxious but enthusiastic fundraiser who represents exactly how many small charities feel:

🥺 “I’d love to try that…but what if it doesn’t work?”

😡 The Board won't like
😡 The Trustees will think it's a waste of time
😡 I am scared to suggest it as my Team will laugh at me.

💗 Last Friday I delivered a fundraising idea with the Growing Health Community Garden Nantwich and Together we raised £1000 - in 3 hours doing Plant Bingo.

Those funds will now enable them to;

✅ Fund a Spring Bulb Display
✅ Provide a Celebration event that volunteers and service users can attend
✅ Buy packs to support their neurodiverse service users

What a fantastic evening we had, raising an amazing £1,000 for the Growing Health Community Garden Nantwich 🎉

There were plenty of laughs, fabulous prizes, brilliant company and even a special appearance from Cheshire’s very own Harry Styles 😂
