This month, we’re celebrating a double milestone as G R Design Studio marks both their 2 year business anniversary and 2 years based at The SITE 🎉

Founded by Georgie, G R Design Studio is known for creating spaces that feel just as good as they look. Georgie’s approach is thoughtful and collaborative, working closely with clients to bring their vision to life while balancing style, function, and personality in every detail.

From high end homes to beautifully considered commercial spaces, Georgie’s work is refined, practical, and designed to be lived in.

Building a business solo is no small thing, and over the past two years she’s created something truly special. It’s been a pleasure to watch that journey unfold here at The SITE.

We’re so glad to have Georgie as part of our community and can’t wait to see what’s next ✨

A different perspective of The SITE Cheltenham captured from above by Phillex Eco Solutions.

In 2025, following our CheltenhamZero grant from Cheltenham Borough Council, Phillex Eco Solutions installed 210 JA Solar panels across two roofs, connected to two separate electrical supplies via 2 x 40kW inverters.

This means the building can generate its own renewable energy and even feed surplus power back to the grid.

We’ve also added Sevadis EV chargers for our tenants and visitors, supporting more sustainable travel to and from The SITE Cheltenham.
