After wrapping up an energising training session with 70 incredible businesses focused on boosting their sales, one of the key points I was teaching was what people really want when they buy.
It's so much more than just a product or service.
But this is not just limited to Sales.
We need to weave that understanding of human needs into every single thread of our business.
This also applies to the needs of our valued team members, truly listening to and understanding our customers, and even fostering relationships that meet the needs of our valued suppliers.
When we centre our businesses around people and their needs, not only do sales and profits improve, but we build something far more meaningful and sustainable.
